What's Coming

Sequenced, phased, and updated as things ship. Each item stays here until you can click it.

This site — permanent home, daily writing

Portfolio, projects, RAG demos, and articles on my own domain. Blog cadence: near-daily engineering posts. Every shipped system gets a build log.

review-rails v1 → GitHub Marketplace

Tagged release, marketplace listing, dogfooded on my own repositories. PR review automation your standards can actually enforce.

How to Talk Corporate — live deployment

The message-rewriter goes from "built" to "usable at a URL": managed keys, rate limiting, then a link on the projects page.

ClauseLens to production spec

Real embedding model, Postgres + pgvector, hosted rate-limited demo embedded on this site. The blueprint is written; now it gets executed phase by phase.

04
Blueprint stage

AuditLoom → LedgerScope → BidForge → AuthPilot

Four more vertical RAG systems, fully blueprinted (architecture, costs, go-to-market). Sequenced so each build reuses ~60% of the previous one. Details on the systems page.

The operating principle

Nothing gets called a product until a stranger can use it. Everything ships in phases with a testable gate per phase. Demos are labeled demos. This page is the accountability mechanism — if an item sits here too long, ask me about it.
